We're finally heading out on the journey to our new home in the Southwest - yippee! What a physical and emotional ride it has been though. To say it has been a great undertaking is putting it mildly.
Oh yes, Happy [belated] Mother's Day to all moms out there! We got together with family and dear friends for the holiday on Sunday and exchanged some tearful goodbyes, only we changed it to 'talk to you soon' because goodbye seemed too final.
Before I drop off the 'blogland radar' for a bit, I want to wish everyone much creativity. I'll be thinking of you as I try to sneak in some sketches here & there. I will leave you with another photo from my trip in March, this beautiful hibiscus, it was just so gorgeous in person.
Anyhow, I'm hoping to post an update as soon as we're settled, so until then - see ya'll real soon!
